If you require medical attention when the surgery is closed please telephone the NHS 111 Service on 111.
In the event of a life threatening emergency call 999.
A&E Not Anything & Everything
Please think about the other options that are available to you before attending a Hospital A & E department as this is intended for Accidents and Emergencies and should not be used for minor ailments or conditions. Please note that patients with tight chest pains lasting for more than 15 minutes should dial 999.
Phone the surgery first on 0121 328 1977 where a member of staff will be able to assist you or if the surgery is closed, your call will be automatically transferred to our out of hours doctors service at no extra charge.
Please note that the surgery phone line is open all day and does not close at lunchtime.
