Opening Times

The surgery is open: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm.

Consulting Hours
By appointment only: Monday to Friday 9.00 - 11.00am 4.30 - 6.00pm
Reception staff are available in between the surgery hours in person and by telephone from 9.00am to 12 noon to take prescription orders, book appointments and take messages. Doctors or nurses may not be available in between those hours. Our experienced reception staff will advise you of the appropriate action to take.

There is a red prescription box allocated in the reception waiting area. Please use the right side of your repeat prescription form and drop it in the box. The notice required for a repeat prescription is 48 hours and can only be collected between 9.00am and 12 noon.
Please note the surgery will be CLOSED on all recognised bank holidays.

It will also be CLOSED on the THIRD TUESDAY afternoon every month to allow doctors and staff to take part in the Heart of Birmingham Protected Learning Time.

Disabled Access

Wheelchair access to the building is via the front entrance. Patients' services are provided at ground floor level. However, a lift for disabled patients is provided to access the first floor. A disabled patients' WC is provided on both floors. Please let us know if you have any difficulties with access.
